MHS Inspect is the brainchild of Simon and Mark who have been in the standards compliance and property maintenance game for decades. Over that time they have identified many issues around safety, security and home functionality.
Simon, a former standards and asset maintenance manager, and Mark, a property maintenance and improvement business owner, have combined their skills and experience in the development of a robust inspection service focused on Minimum Housing Standards for Queensland rental properties.
Partnered with real estate agencies and property managers they hope to bring about improvements to the habitability of QLD properties for their tenants.

Meet The Owners
Originally from the UK, Simon has over 30 years of construction project management, standards compliance and property maintenance experience. He has developed multiple inspection applications, standards and compliance procedures. He is passionate about property and process improvement.
Running a successful building and maintenance business for over a decade, Mark has had extensive experience working with Homeowners, Landlords and Property Managers to ensure that building works, renovations and repairs are done correctly and up to code every time.
